The Jewel Box is an Art Deco historic greenhouse built in 1936 to showcase various plants. These displays were described to resemble a "jewel box." It is known for its ground-breaking (but not glass-breaking) construction of cantilevered glass supported by arched steel beams. It is located at the intersection of McKinley and Wells Drive in Forest Park.
There is street parking available on McKinley and Wells Drives. Please leave the small parking lot behind the Jewel Box for wedding party. More details on hotel blocks and shuttle transportation forthcoming in early 2024!
Please join us for our reception at the Trolley Room, at Forest Park's Visitor Center at 6:30 pm. This building, originally built in 1892 by Lindell Railway, was used as a streetcar pavilion. The original working clock remains in the Trolley Room to this day.
Parking is available in the Forest Park Visitor Parking Lot (right in front of the venue) off of Grand Drive.
Information for transportation to and from the blocked hotels will be forthcoming in early 2024!
